Our Year 2 pupils at St John Vianney Catholic Primary School have enjoyed a brilliant and varied couple of days, packed with hands‑on creativity and digital learning.
Getting Creative with Art
The first day was all about exploration and creativity, as the children worked with pottery and papier‑mâché. They loved experimenting with different materials, learning through making — and, of course, embracing the fun of getting a little messy along the way!
Becoming Budding Data Experts
The following day, pupils switched gears and stepped into the world of technology. They became budding computer experts, learning how to create and interpret pictograms to present data clearly and effectively.
A Perfect Balance of Learning
This combination of creative and digital activities provided a fantastic balance, helping children develop a wide range of skills including problem‑solving, creativity and data handling.
Well done, Year 2 — what a wonderful showcase of your talents and enthusiasm for learning!
