Normal Times and prices for Early Years
We offer government funded nursery places for children from 9 months up to 4-year-olds for working parents on a first come first served basis. Some children of working parents are eligible for 30 hours of Government funding the term after their child is 9 months old. If you think that you are eligible, you should apply at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.
Please note that this is a government initiative and St John Vianney Catholic Primary School do not have any control over the qualifying criteria.
In addition, parents can ‘top-up’ funded provision. See prices below.
Fees should be paid in advance on the Arbor Parent App. Payments can be made using credit or debit cards and we accept workplace vouchers and tax free childcare payments as well as student finance. For information about the Arbor Parent App please visit this page.
Families in receipt of additional support may be entitled to 15 hours of Funded Nursery Entitlement for their child, the term after their second birthday. Contact Bobbie Swales at the Hub on 01429 523523 if you think you may qualify.

- Afternoon 12.45pm – 5.45pm
- Full Day (2 sessions) 7.45am – 5.45pm
Early Years Fees (Puddle Room / Rock Pool Room, Bay Room & Sea Room)
- Morning – £37.00
- Afternoon – £37.00
- Full Day (2 sessions) – £65.00
- Full Week – £280.00
In addition working parents will pay a meal payment for each session at £2.75 per meal.
Holiday Club, for Ages 3-11 years
- Morning – £25.00
- Afternoon – £25.00
- Full Day – £35.00
In addition working parents will pay a meal payment for each session at £2.75 per meal.
Breakfast Care
for school aged children (Reception to Year 6): £3.50 per day, commencing from 7.45am. At 8.15am this session will join the free breakfast club, which runs until 8.45am.
After School Club
After School Club 5-11 years until 3.45pm: £6.50
After School Club 5-11 years until 5.45pm: £15.00 per day, or £65 for the full calendar week
